I’m Agnes Feculak, the proud owner of Colours Exchange.

I look forward to sharing my story. I hope that you will enjoy getting to know me better.

For as long as I can remember, I loved dressing up in beautiful clothes and experimenting with delicate fabrics and styles. However, I was concerned about the impact fast fashion was having on the environment, as I had noticed a trend of consumers disposing of new luxury clothes.

I felt that I could find a brand new home for these precious items of clothing that would also make women feel more confident and beautiful in the process. So, I decided to start a consignment store in Etobicoke, Ontario.

When I first launched the business nine years ago, the concept was fresh, and there were many misconceptions about consignment shops. Fast forward a few years, and I’m pleased that it has become a trend among the younger generations who regularly shop for lavish deals.

I always offer value for money, and I believe what sets me apart from the others is my customer service, as I treat my clients the way I would like others to treat me. By exceeding expectations, I’ve created a loyal group of buyers and sellers that keep coming back for more.

My members have also referred me to their friends, and over the last year, the store has significantly grown through word of mouth, which fills me with immense satisfaction. It’s rewarding to be the boss as I get to curate a unique line of designer bags, shoes, and jewelry for a living.

When I am not selling clothes, I love spending quality time with my daughter, while my hobbies include gardening and crafting.

I have enjoyed sharing my story about the things which matter to me and how they influence the way I do business.
